Orbital and Ocular Ischemic Syndrome With Blindness After Facial Filler Injection

The authors herein describe a case of orbital and ocular ischemic syndrome with blindness after cosmetic hyaluronic acid filler injection. Orbital function, but not visual function, returned after treatment with orbital hyaluronidase and corticosteroids. Accepted for publication February 4, 2018.
