Online ahead of print. ABSTRACT We present a case of an 80-year-old female patient who had an extensive dural bleed after endoscopic sinus surgery. A review of the literature regarding the surgical tools and materials used to treat dural hemorrhage was performed. We describe our preferred method of using the combination of endoscopic bipolar, DuraGen Plus, and DuraMatrix to stop significant dura l bleeding and show effective hemostatic regulation.
