Der Dermatology Life Quality Index ist ein viel genutztes Instrument, um die Lebensqualität von Patienten mit Psoriasis zu messen. Er wird aber auch für Therapieentscheidungen herangezogen. Ob er dazu wirklich taugt, scheint angesichts neuer Studienergebnisse fraglich.
