Actinic keratoses (AKs) are among the most common clinical diagnoses encountered by dermatologists, and treatment aims to reduce patient discomfort and potential for malignant transformation. Given an aging population, disease burden will likely increase, highlighting the need for understanding trends in AK treatment and reimbursement.
