Failure to Accurately Disclose Conflicts of Interest in Article Published in JAMA Otolaryngology–Head & Neck Surgery

To the Editor I write to take full responsibility for failing to report appropriate conflict of interest disclosures in articles published in JAMA Otolaryngology–Head & Neck Surgery and the JAMA Network journals between 2015 and 2018, including "Cetuximab and Radiotherapy in Laryngeal Preservation for Cancers of the Larynx and Hypopharynx: A Secondary Analysis of a Randomized Clinical Trial," published online on April 9, 2016, and in the September 2016 issue of JAMA Otolaryngology–Head & Neck Surgery. In that article, I had reported nothing to disclose.
