Clin Infect Dis 2018; 66(3):396–403. https://ift.tt/2MIeTIs]. A Biostatistics Unit – IDIBELL team member (Cristian Tebé) name was inadvertently omitted. In the Appendix, after "Department of Microbiology: Fernando Alcaide, Raquel Moure." should appear the following "Biostatistics Unit, Bellvitge Biomedical Research Institute (IDIBELL): Cristian Tebé Codormi." The authors regret this error.
