Folliculotropic mycosis fungoides (FMF) is a rare but distinct variant of mycosis fungoides (MF), histologically characterized by the presence of folliculotropic infiltrates, often with sparing of the epidermis, and clinically by the preferential involvement of the head and neck region.¹
